What we collect

Tinkertoy Store does not require accounts, does not run its own ad network and does not store personal profiles. Standard, anonymised technical logs (page requests, browser type) may be processed by our hosting provider to keep the site running and secure.

Cookies

We do not set tracking cookies ourselves. When you proceed to checkout, our fulfilment partner may set cookies under its own privacy policy — for example, to keep your basket and attribute your order correctly.

Checkout and payments

Purchases are completed on the secure platform of our authorised fulfilment partner. We never see or store your payment details, delivery address or order history — all of that is processed by the partner under its own privacy policy and payment-security standards.

Third parties

• Fulfilment partner — checkout, payments and delivery are governed by the partner platform's own privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — the site loads fonts from Google's CDN; Google may log the technical request.
• Hosting/CDN — the site is served through a global CDN which processes requests to deliver pages quickly and safely.

Children

TINKERTOY products are made for kids, but this website is aimed at parents and adult collectors. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

Your rights

Under GDPR, CCPA and similar laws you may request information about personal data. Since we hold none, there is usually nothing to disclose — but you can always ask at [email protected].
