A little history

TINKERTOY was created in 1914 by Charles H. Pajeau, a stonemason from Evanston, Illinois, who watched children play endlessly with pencils, sticks and empty thread spools. More than a century later the same simple system — rods, spools and connectors — still turns living-room floors into workshops.
